Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures quality customer service.
• Helps receive, unpack, and organize new stock for quick stocking on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Opens/closes the store, secures cash, locks doors, sets alarms, and ensures smooth daily operation.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by improving merchandising, staff performance, and service.
• Partners with store leadership on merchandising and operations optimization.
• Performs routine store maintenance (cleaning, stocking, and stock room).
