Five Below is seeking an engaged Store Manager on Duty to lead daily operations in a high-energy retail environment in Texas. You'll supervise crew members, ensure top-notch customer service, and coordinate merchandising, stocking, and sales initiatives.

Starting at $12.50 per hour, this hourly role requires flexibility for day, evening, weekends, and travel as needed. Strong communication and leadership skills help you motivate staff and maintain a WOW customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience for a fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure effective performance and service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to speed up sales floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty, managing store operations, staff, and issues.
• Open/close the store as needed, including cash handling and security.
