Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Store Support Lead in Medford, MA to assist the leadership team with administrative and operational tasks. You will use technology to coordinate payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and supply orders, while ensuring customer service and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication, flexibility across shifts, and a focus on safety and engagement in the store environment. Experience in retail or service is preferred, with opportunities to cross-train across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Retail or service industry experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support and resolve store associate and administrative needs through payroll, scheduling, cash office, and supply orders with store leadership.
• Plan and communicate information with team using company tools and technology per routines.
• Refresh and maintain associate areas and office spaces for safety and engagement.
• Assist store executives with onboarding new associates and orientation per guidelines.
• Execute operational tasks and shortage reduction programs per best practices.
• Monitor training, surveys, and audits with timely follow-up.
• Maintain in-store technology devices and resolve tech issues.
