Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Store Support Lead to assist the store leadership team with payroll, scheduling, cash office, and supply orders. You will use technology to support daily operations and ensure excellent customer service and efficiency across the store.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, flexible availability, and the ability to work across departments including sales floor, POS, and operations, while maintaining safety and compliance with Kohl's standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Limited travel to support new store openings.
• Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with payroll, scheduling, cash office, and supply orders.
• Communicate with team using company tools and technology.
• Maintain and refresh associate and office areas for safety and engagement.
• Assist onboarding of new associates and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Execute operational tasks and shortage reduction programs per best practices.
• Monitor training, surveys, and audits with timely follow-up.
• Maintain in-store technology devices (handheld scanners, radios).
• Guide store technology issues to resolution.
• Cross-train across store departments as needed.
