Office Depot is seeking a full-time Retail Store Supervisor to lead sales and customer service across Technology, Services, Furniture and Print offerings. You will train associates, drive sales, and uphold the Office Depot 5C values while maintaining store operations and loss prevention controls.

You must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and perform opening/closing duties as an External Key Carrier.

Qualificações

• > High school diploma or equivalent preferred; coursework in Business, Retail Management, or related field a plus
• > 1-3 years related experience in retail, sales, customer-facing, or supervisory roles preferred
• > Knowledge of Technology and Print products and related equipment/POS systems
• > Strong selling, interpersonal, and communication skills; ability to coach and train others

Responsabilidades

• Sales and Service Excellence: foster trust, brand loyalty and exceptional client service delivery.
• Leadership and Team Development: provide guidance, direction and ongoing training to store associates.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise accurately, identify areas for improvement, ensure loss prevention compliance.
• External Key Carrier Responsibilities: open/close responsibilities, cash handling, and store safety.
