Job summary

Office Depot, Inc. seeks a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive sales across Print, Technology, Furniture and Services while delivering excellent customer service in a Colorado store.

You’ll build relationships, mentor team members, and uphold Office Depot 5C values in a busy, community-focused environment. You’ll be the part-time Key Carrier and may perform Leader on Duty duties, including opening or closing responsibilities and ensuring loss prevention compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Attention to detail; experience in Print Services is a plus.
• Strong selling skills and customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support efficient operation while driving store sales.
• Operational Efficiency: process merchandise, ensure loss prevention compliance.
• Client Engagement: coach staff, drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: open/close duties and store security.
