Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to deliver total solutions across products, technology, services, furniture and print. You will build customer relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and contribute to a positive store culture aligned with Office Depot 5C values.

You will support sales growth, merchandising standards, and store operations while potentially serving as External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail; ideally experience in Print Services.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: Support efficient operation while driving overall store sales; operate and assist in Print Services area; coordinate service for customers.
• Operational Efficiency: Process merchandise accurately; follow procedures and visual standards; support loss prevention.
• Client Engagement: Drive positive customer satisfaction; support community outreach; develop personal selling skills and product knowledge.
• External Key Carrier and Leader on Duty: Ensure safety, perform opening/closing duties, assist with cash handling and logs as needed.
