Job summary

Office Depot is seeking a part-time Retail Team Lead to drive sales of products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings while delivering a superior customer experience. You will build relationships, train staff, and support community engagement in a fast-paced store environment.

The role includes print services leadership, external key carrier duties, and occasional Leader on Duty responsibilities. A strong emphasis on POS usage and loss prevention accompanies daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience; sales and/or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills; able to use job-related technology and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and, ideally, experience in Print Services.
• Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive, engaging, and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and trust.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Print Sales and Services: support operation and drive store sales.
• Operates and assists associates on all equipment within the Print Services area.
• Coordinate service for all customers throughout the store.
• Process merchandise following procedures and visual standards.
• Identify areas for process improvement and reduce waste and loss.
