Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to assist in running our Round Rock, TX retail store. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company directives.

You will help manage inventory, merchandising, promotions, and staff training while maintaining a welcoming, professional store environment. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Flexible availability; reliable transportation
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds
• High school degree

Responsibilities

• Provides role-model customer service and prioritizes customer needs.
• Supports Store Manager in achieving sales goals and store efficiency.
• Assists with stocking, promotions, and training of sales associates.
