Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to assist the Store Manager in running our retail store efficiently and effectively. You will help guide the sales team toward hitting efficiency and customer satisfaction goals and ensure replenishment and promotions align with company directives.

Your role involves supporting staff training, maintaining store appearance, and executing pricing and inventory updates to meet corporate standards and district initiatives.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Flexible availability; reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented (outgoing, friendly, personable).
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in daily store operations and sales management.
• Ensure store replenishment, marketing and promotions follow company directives.
• Assist in achieving sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership in training and supervising sales associates.
• Communicate store plans and inventory opportunities to management.
• Maintain visual standards and store appearance.
• Promote merchandise and product knowledge to customers.
