Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales management. This role helps ensure the team meets efficiency and customer satisfaction goals, assists with replenishment, and implements marketing changes per company directives.

Responsibilities include leading by example, maintaining store presentation, understanding sales plans, and supporting staff training to drive results and a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Energetic and positive attitude.
• 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Customer service-oriented - outgoing, friendly, and personable with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.
• High school degree.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Act as a role model; prioritize customers; respond to needs.
• Achieve excellent scores on secret shopper reports.
• Maintain a visually distinctive store appearance and impeccable upkeep.
• Understand and communicate store plans, results, and contribution to business.
• Promote merchandise and share product knowledge with customers.
