Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service leadership; operate cash register and scanner for purchases.
• Open and close the store a minimum of two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling, training, safety meetings, and policy compliance.
• Follow processes to manage merchandise: receiving, stocking, restocking and displays.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; manage damages, markdowns, scanning, paperwork and controls.
• Assist with planograms and merchandise presentation per Store Manager direction.
• Support cashier accountability, cash handling, and deposits; count tills and sign off on refunds.
• Assist in store management in the Store Manager's absence.
