Job summary

Casper in Washington, DC seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations alongside the Store Manager, lead by example on the sales floor, and drive a customer-centric, consultative sales culture.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of people leadership in retail or customer-facing roles, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem solving. Weekend availability and physical stamina are required to move items and stay on your feet all day.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a people leader in a retail, sales, customer service or hospitality industry

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager/Associate Store Manager, including opening/closing and visual standards
• Lead and advise the associate team on sales floor with a goal-driven approach
• Set example and foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and goal achievement
• Maintain training standards with product and systems knowledge
• Improve store operations and customer experience
• Coordinate product/promotion schedules with Casper HQ
• Oversee inventory management and communicate product levels and shortages
• Support Casper in reinventing retail with unique customer experiences
• Act as ambassador of Casper values and mission with feedback and ideas
