Casper is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations with the Store Manager and Associate Manager, lead on the sales floor, ensure a smooth, customer-centric experience, and uphold Casper's visual standards. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of people leadership in retail, 3+ years in customer-facing roles, strong communication, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Availability for weekends and the ability to move up to 150 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a people leader in retail or hospitality and 3+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Strong leadership to motivate talent in fast-paced settings.
• Excellent service mindset in a consumer environment.
• Clear, persuasive communication and building consensus.
• Curious, optimistic problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to work at least 2 days a week, including weekends.
• Ability to move boxes up to 150 lbs and stay on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager/Associate Store Manager.
• Lead and advise the associate team on the sales floor with a goal-driven approach.
• Lead by example and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Maintain training standards and ensure product and systems expertise.
• Identify ways to improve store operations and overall customer experience.
• Coordinate product and promotion schedules with Casper HQ initiatives.
• Oversee inventory management, inform of stock levels and assist cycle counts.
