Job summary

Casper is hiring a Store Supervisor to help oversee daily store operations and lead the team on the sales floor. You will model exceptional service, maintain brand standards, and support the Store Manager in driving performance.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of people leadership in retail or hospitality and at least 3 years in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and a passion for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Weekend availability and physical stamina are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of people leadership in retail, sales, customer service or hospitality, plus 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership with ability to attract, develop and motivate talent and adapt to change.
• Deep understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment.
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to build consensus.
• Curiosity and optimism when solving problems.
• Financial management experience is a plus.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Availability to work at least 2 days a week with weekend availability.
• Ability to move boxes up to 150 lbs and stand all day.

Responsibilities

• Step in as Store Manager in absence of Store Manager to open/close and uphold brand standards.
• Coach associates on sales floor with a goal-driven approach.
• Model ownership culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain training standards and product/systems knowledge on the floor.
• Identify ways to improve store operations and customer experience.
• Align product and promotion schedule with Casper.com and Casper HQ initiatives.
• Oversee inventory levels and coordinate cycle counts and replenishment.
• Help Casper reinvent retail by creating unique, optimal experiences.
• Be an ambassador of Casper values and customer experiences.
