Casper is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and model a customer-centric sales culture. You will guide the team on floor performance, training, and adherence to Casper's brand standards while supporting the Store Manager and ensuring a smooth retail operation.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of people leadership in retail and a minimum of 3+ years in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to enhance the in-store experience.
