Casper is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and model a customer-centric, consultative sales culture. You will partner with store leadership to ensure smooth store operations, safety, and training on products and systems, while driving a high standard of service across the team.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of people-leadership experience in retail or hospitality and at least 3+ years in customer-facing roles, with strong communication and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a people leader in retail, sales, customer service or hospitality
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role
• Leadership with track record of developing and motivating talent
• Excellent communication with ability to influence
• Curious, optimistic problem solver
• Financial management experience preferred
• Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Available to work at least 2 days/week with weekend availability
• Able to move boxes up to 150 lbs and stand all day

Responsibilities

• Own store opening/closing when needed and maintain safety and facilities standards
• Lead and advise associates on the sales floor with a goal-driven approach
• Model ownership culture and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain training standards with product and systems expertise
• Identify opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience
• Coordinate product and promotion scheduling with Casper HQ
• Oversee inventory levels, shortages, and cycle counts
• Contribute to reinventing retail through superior experiences
• Represent Casper values and deliver outstanding customer experiences
