Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in absence of Store Manager/Asst Manager.
• Open/close store, uphold brand standards and safety.
• Lead sales floor teams with a goal-driven approach.
• Maintain training standards for product knowledge and systems.
• Improve store operations and overall customer experience.
• Align product and promotions with Casper HQ initiatives.
• Oversee inventory, shortages, cycle counts and replenishment.
