Job summary

Casper is seeking a Store Supervisor to help oversee daily store operations and lead the sales floor alongside the Store Manager. You will embody Casper's customer-centric culture and ensure a smooth offline shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of people leadership in retail, strong communication, and a proven track record in service excellence. Availability for at least two days a week, including weekends, is required; you should be able to move boxes and stay on your feet.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of people leadership in retail or customer service.
• At least 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong leadership and change-adaptation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of Store Manager, including opening/closing and visuals.
• Lead and advise the associate team on sales floor with a goal-driven approach.
• Model ownership culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain training standards and ensure product knowledge.
• Improve store operations and customer experience.
• Coordinate product schedules with Casper HQ initiatives.
• Oversee inventory and communicate stock levels to team.
• Contribute to reinventing retail through unique experiences.
• Represent Casper values by delivering excellent customer experiences.
