Job summary

Casper is seeking a Part-Time Store Supervisor for The Shops at Chestnut Hill in Chestnut Hill, MA. You will support store operations, lead by example on the sales floor, and help deliver a customer-centric experience.

The role requires 1–2 years as a people leader in retail and strong communication. You must be able to move boxes up to 150 lbs and work at least 2 days a week, including weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years as a people leader in retail or customer service.

Responsibilities

• From time to time assume Store Manager duties (opening/closing).
• Lead and advise the sales team with a goal-driven approach.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure a smooth operations flow.
• Drive a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Ensure product training and systems knowledge across the team.
• Align promotions and initiatives from Casper HQ with store plans.
• Oversee inventory and inform team of stock levels and shortages.
• Create engaging, customer-focused in-store experiences.
• Be a consistent ambassador of Casper values and customer service.
