Job summary

Casper seeks a Store Supervisor to help oversee daily store operations and lead a sales-driven team. You will work alongside the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, uphold brand standards, and ensure smooth store performance.

The right candidate will have 1–2 years of leadership in retail or hospitality with strong communication, problem-solving, and a passion for service excellence. Availability for weekends is preferred, with lifting duties for stock and display setup.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail or hospitality team.
• Strong customer service orientation and sales focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop staff while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of Store Manager, including opening/closing and store conditioning.
• Lead and advise associates on sales floor with a goal-driven approach.
• Model ownership culture and drive continuous improvement and goal achievement.
• Maintain training standards on product knowledge and systems usage.
• Ensure product and promotion schedules align with Casper HQ directives.
• Oversee inventory levels, shortages, and cycle counts; support replenishment.
• Help Casper reinvent retail by creating unique, optimal customer experiences.
