Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will monitor KPIs, assist in achieving sales goals, and foster an inclusive team culture while partnering with Store and Assistant Store Managers.

Qualifications

• Over 1 year of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on achievements are valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Lead by example, coach and develop associates, and drive in-store profitability.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure replenishment aligns with brand directives.
