Job summary

The North Face is seeking a part-time Supervisor to support a high-performing store leadership team and drive an best-in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and contribute to store success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profit through the store team.
• Strong coaching, motivation, and team-building capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Comfortable with word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Support the store leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach associates, and ensure store standards are met.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing and task delegation.
• Oversee stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
