Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement and drive sales performance.
• Lead store team, coach associates, and support leadership in daily operations.
• Oversee stockroom, inventory, shipments, and product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment.
• Support training and onboarding of new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Uphold safety, policies, and a positive, inclusive store environment.
