Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence in engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will work with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior leadership experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and support the store leadership team.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Assist in stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
