Timberland is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will work with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store's success in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Strong coaching, communication and customer service skills.

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement and coaching for associates.
• Support store leadership to achieve sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training new team members and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure inventory integrity and support loss prevention practices.
