Job summary

Timberland, a Timberland brand, seeks a store supervisor to lead the leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will coach associates, uphold merchandising standards, and partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to stand, move, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Proven ability to drive sales and store profitability.
• Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Partner with store leadership to optimize merchandising, customer engagement, and store standards.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and floor coverage.
• Support training and onboarding of new hires; provide ongoing feedback.
