Job summary

Timberland is seeking a Supervisor to lead the store team, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, manage daily operations, and uphold merchandising standards while supporting inventory control and loss prevention.

The role requires 1+ year of store leadership plus strong communication skills; HS diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate degree preferred. Competitive hourly pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store team in achieving sales goals and monitor KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and coach associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and tasks.
• Assist in stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock replenishment.
• Promote community engagement and uphold safety and policies.
