Job summary

The North Face is seeking a Store Supervisor in Seattle to lead a fast-paced team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and drive sales. You will partner with store leadership to ensure operational excellence and brand standards while mentoring associates and upholding safety and inventory controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and deliver on sales goals.
• Support the store leadership team and uphold store standards and procedures.
• Model selling behaviors and coach associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure timely product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity through accurate receiving and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement and represent the brand with integrity.
