The North Face is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and help maximize store profitability while upholding brand standards and inclusive culture.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in retail leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor others while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands-on experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store leadership team in achieving sales goals and store standards.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver high levels of customer engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
