Casper seeks a Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day store operations and to act as a key support to the Store Manager. You will drive a customer-centric and consultative sales culture on the shop floor, ensuring adherence to brand standards and effective execution of promotions.

You will mentor associates, maintain product knowledge, and strive for operational excellence. The role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Step in for Store Manager when needed and manage store operations.
• Guide and support sales associates on floor selling and targets.

• Maintain product knowledge and systems expertise on the floor.
• Identify ways to enhance store operations and customer experience.
• Coordinate product and promotion execution with Casper HQ.
• Oversee inventory counts and replenishment with the team.
• Contribute to Casper’s reinvented retail experience and messaging.
