Casper is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead day-to-day store operations and the sales team, working closely with the Store Manager and Associate Manager. You will model exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure brand standards are maintained on the shop floor.

The role requires 1–2 years of people-leader experience in retail or similar settings, with at least 3+ years in customer-facing roles. A fast-paced, entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on process improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience as a people leader in a retail, sales, customer service or hospitality industry.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role with a track record of service excellence.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence through collaboration.
• Comfort with fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Store Manager/Associate Store Manager.
• Lead and advise the sales floor team with a goal-driven approach.
• Uphold visual brand standards and safe working conditions.
• Maintain product and systems knowledge to train the team.
• Improve store operations and overall customer experience.
• Coordinate product promotions with Casper HQ and manage inventory awareness.
