Job summary

The Honey Baked Ham Company, LLC is seeking a Store Supervisor in Utah to manage daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure top customer service. This full-time role requires leadership experience in a restaurant or retail setting and a focus on quality, sanitation, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• 2 years of restaurant/service industry experience desirable; supervisory experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations as assigned by Manager and step in during absence of Manager.
• Assist in hiring and training of associates and implement development plans.
• Train front and back-of-house staff and supervise daily tasks.
• Handle administrative functions such as banking and scheduling meetings.
• Coach associates using established processes and tools including huddles and evaluations.
• Execute store opening/closing procedures and daily/weekly reports.
• Monitor labor and adjust staffing based on business needs.
• Ensure sanitation procedures and proper use of equipment.
• Maintain FIFO rotation of products in FOH and BOH.
• Address customer complaints to achieve 100% satisfaction.
• Participate in catering and gifting sales, and support B2B processes.
• Lead merchandising transitions and set-ups for promotions and holidays.
