Job summary

The North Face in Meridian, MS is seeking a Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operations run smoothly across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver excellent customer engagement.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Uphold store policies, safety standards, and loss prevention practices.
