Job summary

Total Wine & More in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Supervisory team member to support service, merchandising, and front-end operations. Lead by example to deliver best-in-class service and a distinctive world of adult beverages for customers.

You will supervise staff, train and coach peers, resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining safety and cleanliness. Evening and weekend shifts are required. This is a Regular, on-site role with Total Wine & More.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years retail supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Physical requirements: walk, stand 8–10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and help build a sales and service culture.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Foster a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere and resolve issues.
• Ensure adherence to alcohol laws and maintain a safe, compliant store environment.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness across the store.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
