Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Supervisor Key Holder to support the Store Manager in daily operations and sales management. You will help ensure customer satisfaction, manage replenishment, and execute marketing changes per company directives.

You will lead by example, train sales associates, and contribute to achieving store goals while maintaining a visually appealing, organized selling floor in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail experience.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Energetic and positive attitude.
• Must be able to move and/or lift to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and act as a role model.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to company standards.
• Support Store Manager with staffing and scheduling.
• Assist in pricing strategies and visual merchandising execution.
• Communicate inventory opportunities and replenish merchandise on the floor.
• Promote merchandise and contribute to achieving store goals.
