Job summary

M.M.LaFleur is seeking a Store Supervisor for our Washington, DC – K Street store. This on-site, full-time role works directly with customers and supports daily store operations, merchandising, and product flow to deliver an exceptional MM experience.

You will drive revenue through individual selling, build a strong book of business with clienteling, and help train the team on visual and operational standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and manage a client book of business.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a stylist; ask the right questions, assess client's needs, and suggest and style products.
• Be a salesperson; understand your sales performance and metrics, striving to maximize sales targets.
• Represent the M.M. LaFleur brand through shopping appointments, in-person and virtual interactions, company events, and clienteling.
• Consistently strive to provide the ultimate shopping experience by building genuine relationships and maintaining successful follow-up strategies.
• Build and maintain a successful book of business through strategic and effective clienteling.
• Drive returning customer engagement & loyalty through proactive outreach.
• Support store events and engagement with the local community.
