M.M.LaFleur’s DC - K Street showroom is seeking a Stylist who thrives in premium, relationship‑driven sales. You will build a client book, proactively reach out, and convert events into showroom visits and sales while delivering elevated styling and product recommendations.

With 2+ years in luxury retail or a high‑touch sales role, you’ll close sales, nurture long‑term client relationships, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in premium or luxury retail, personal styling, or high‑touch sales.
• Proven track record of achieving individual sales goals and developing repeat clientele.
• Ability to create styling looks and close sales while delivering an elevated customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide styling consultations, recommend looks, and convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain an active client book; follow up after appointments and events to drive repeat visits.
• Support omnichannel purchases and maintain store presentation and cleanliness.
• Engage with guests at high-volume events to generate interest and store traffic.
