M.M.LaFleur in Washington, DC (Georgetown store) seeks an experienced retail manager to lead a growing team and deliver brand-centered service on site.

You will forecast sales, coach staff, manage daily operations including P&L, inventory, and events, while upholding kizukai and the brand voice. This role requires 2–5 years in retail with leadership experience and a passion for MM.LaFleur's mission.

Competenze

• 2-5 years of retail/service experience with a minimum of 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and scheduling/POS systems.

Mansioni

• Drive store revenue and market growth, forecasting weekly sales with leadership.
• Lead clienteling and coach the store team to hit KPIs and deliver high-level service.
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, P&L, inventory, displays, and health & safety procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop part-time and full-time sales staff; foster empowerment and respect.
