M.M.LaFleur is seeking an experienced Retail Manager for our DC-Georgetown onsite store. You will lead a growing team, drive revenue, train staff, and manage daily operations with a focus on unparalleled customer service.

Weekend and occasional evening work are required to support events and store initiatives. Compensation includes a salary range of $80,000–$90,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities, with employee discounts and commuter benefits.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of retail/service experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Strong training, coaching, and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and numbers awareness for store KPIs.

Aufgaben

• Drive store revenue and market growth; forecast weekly sales with leadership.
• Lead clienteling and community events to boost visits and engagement.
• Provide styling/service support in person and online when needed.
• Recruit, hire, coach, and develop the store team for peak performance.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and store health & safety.
