Job summary

M.M.LaFleur is seeking a Sales Supervisor for our Philadelphia store to drive revenue through personalized clienteling and expert product styling. You will train the team on visual standards and operational processes to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, both in-store and online.

The role is on-site, full-time, with a commission opportunity and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees. You will report to the Store Manager and help lead day-to-day store operations.
