You will oversee daily store operations, stock, and merchandising, serving as a liaison to headquarters. This full-time, on-site position requires weekend/evening availability and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury/retail sales with a focus on clienteling.
• Ability to drive revenue through personal selling and client relationships.
• Strong visual merchandising and stockroom coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sell one-on-one to customers and build a book of business.
• Represent the brand through appointments, events, and clienteling.
• Lead opening/closing and act as manager on duty when needed.
• Maintain stock, packaging, and product flow per corporate standards.
• Communicate merchandising needs and provide feedback to HQ.
