Job summary

TD Bank Group is seeking a Store Leader in New York to supervise a team delivering personalized service and financial guidance. You will drive daily operations, oversee teller and platform activities, and coach staff to meet service and sales goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will engage with customers on loan products, manage branch risk, and uphold TD's standards for integrity and customer privacy in a fast-paced retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Previous supervisory or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Notary License preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced store environment.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word and Excel; familiarity with Lotus Notes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day team leadership and work direction to ensure effective service delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor teller and platform workflows, delegating duties as needed for efficiency.
• Engage customers about loan products and facilitate application intake; maintain active NMLS status.
• Lead lobby and store operations to support an exceptional customer experience while protecting assets.
• Coach and develop store colleagues to achieve service and sales objectives.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, risk controls, and regulatory guidelines.
