Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred
• 2+ years related experience in customer service or sales
• Notary License (preferred)
• Previous supervisory experience or ability to provide direction and coaching
• Proven ability to meet and exceed customer expectations
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to supervise and lead others
• Familiarity with Outlook, Lotus Notes, Word and Excel
• Ability to provide community services

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day team activities to meet objectives and ensure compliance
• Manage store operations including teller, platform and customer escalations
• Lead efforts to acquire, retain and deepen customer relationships
• Coach staff to deliver exceptional service and product knowledge
• Oversee cash handling, vault management and fraud prevention
• Engage customers in discussions about financial products and loans
• Drive store performance while maintaining adherence to policies and regulations
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to optimize customer experience
