Job summary

TD Bank's Warren, New Jersey store is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily service, sales and operations, building strong customer relationships by delivering TD's model of convenience, sales and advice.

You will supervise a team, support the teller line and platform, coach staff, manage priorities, and drive end-to-end advice with product knowledge and proactive recommendations to deepen customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to provide Legendary Customer Service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Sales and Operational Management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities.
• Knowledge of banking products and services preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of advice and service colleagues in the achievement of objectives.
• Provides day-to-day team leadership and work direction to ensure effective delivery of personalized service and advice.
• Leads the team in overseeing the most complex or diverse sales advice activities.
• Delivers end to end advice to Customers by providing information and tools for financial management.
• Connects with Customers/Prospects, manages lead generation and referrals, and hosts appointments.
