NMLS registration may be required for loan-related discussions. The position is onsite, 40 hours per week, with compensation details discussed during recruitment.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED required; undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years related experience working with customers and/or sales in any capacity.
• Notary License (preferred).
• Previous supervisory or demonstrated ability in providing direction, decision making, coaching Oversight of Customer Service.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day team activities to ensure operational excellence and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Drive and demonstrate meeting Operational, Customer and Sales objectives.
• Lead and coach the Store team to deliver exceptional service and advice conversations.
• Manage teller and platform workflows, delegate duties, and monitor risk controls.
• Engage customers on product needs, assist with loan applications, and maintain NMLS registration as required.
