Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the store manager in achieving daily performance targets while upholding our ACE customer experience and mission. You will open/close, handle deposits, supervise staff, and address donor and customer needs in collaboration with leadership.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and people skills, with the ability to train volunteers and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and assistant manager with daily operations.
• Open/close store and manage daily deposits.
• Provide ACE customer service to donors and customers.
• Supervise staff and volunteers as needed and train new hires.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, display, and loss prevention.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.
