Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the store manager in daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to ACE values. You will supervise staff, handle cash, and ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and display standards.

The role requires flexibility in hours, strong communication, and the ability to train team members while maintaining store compliance and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed; relevant experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to train staff.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and provide feedback as needed.
• Deliver ACE customer service to donors and customers daily.
• Oversee receiving, pricing, displaying, and selling merchandise.
• Ensure shop is clean, stocked, rotated, and well-presented.
• Handle cash, deposits, and daily sales records.
• Support loss prevention efforts and report suspicious activity.
• Prepare payroll records and related paperwork when manager is absent.
• Maintain safe working conditions and good housekeeping.
• Track attendance and manage time-off requests.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety rules.
• Open/close store and ensure hours of operation.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
