Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Arkansas is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and performance. You will help open/close, manage deposits, and address donor and customer needs while ensuring ACE service and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 12–18 months related experience or training.
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and volunteers as needed and assist during manager absence.
• Provide ACE customer service to donors and customers.
• Oversee receiving, pricing, display and sale of merchandise within set price ranges.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise rotation.
• Handle cash register transactions, deposits and daily reporting.
