Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence at our CVS/pharmacy location in the United States. The role leads the staff when managers are not onsite and ensures opening and closing procedures are completed accurately and on time.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by assigning and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crew.
• Lead opening and closing procedures when managers are offsite.
• Assist customers and resolve issues per policy.
